Mexico Veracruz Las Patronas

from $12.35

Tasting Notes: Bright, Nutty, Caramel, Smooth Finish

Mexican coffee is often overlooked in the coffee world. Most folks think of it as “boring” coffee but not us. As we continually grow our coffee roasting business we appreciate the distinctive qualities every coffee farmer offers.

This Mexico single origin coffee is from a charitable group known as Las Patronas(The Patrons)located in Veracruz. It is a charitable organization which has helped tens of thousands of Central American migrants and was awarded Mexico's most prestigious human rights prize. The organization began when girls stood by the train tracks and threw loaves of bread to hungry migrants traveling through Veracruz on a train (hence a picture of a train on the burlap bag).

Any coffee farmed with heart and passion is sure to be a winner in your cup.
